We build our fresheners and diffusers to last. This warranty covers what we make.

Warranty Period

Our car fresheners and home diffusers are covered against material and workmanship defects for 12 months from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

• Cracks or breaks from material defects.
• Magnetic visor clip failure under normal use.
• Diffuser motor or electrical fault (home diffuser).
• Finishing defects on wood, stone, or alloy bodies.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear from expected use.
• Accidental drops, impacts, or water damage.
• Misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.
• Scent depletion (scent is consumable, not a defect).

How to File a Claim

1. Clean the item and photograph the defect.
2. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
3. We review the photos and your account history.
4. Approved claims receive a free replacement or refund.

Before You File

Please ensure the item is clean and free of residue — we cannot assess defects on soiled products.

Paid Repair for Accidental Damage

If your item is damaged by accident and outside warranty, we offer a discounted paid repair or replacement. Ask via the Contact page for a quote.
